Every life holds both joy and hardship. Along the way, we search for purpose, though that purpose often shifts as we grow. Our experiences shape us, revealing what truly matters, what holds value, and what we, as human beings here for only a brief time, can leave behind as a legacy.

 

Some are driven by the pursuit of wealth. Others - those fortunate enough to understand early - discover that true joy and fulfillment are rooted in love. I believe that, in time, we all come to learn this truth.

 

I was fortunate to live that love. My soulmate and I met at the age of twelve. Six years later, we were married, and for 51 years we lied life as “us,” until cancer took her.

 

After she was gone, I was left searching, wandering for three years trying to understand who I was without her, and what my purpose had become. Then I realized something profound: my purpose had never changed. It had been there all along.

 

My purpose is to create a legacy of love for others through my photography.

 

You may notice that my wedding photography pricing is lower than most. That is intentional. Money should never stand in the way of preserving love. When we were married, we had only a few simple snapshots to remember our day. At the time, it didn’t seem important. Now, I would give anything to revisit those candid moments - to see us, to feel that "young" love again.

 

This is why I do what I do. This is my purpose. This is my legacy.
